         Our company is based in Alice Bel Colle - northwest Italy, in Piedmont, near Alessandria.
We established there in 2006 with a   new modern industrial site, carrying on a very long experience and knowledge on Manna: more than a century!

WHAT'S MANNA?



It's a substance which main component is mannite and in different proportions minerals, other natural resins and organic compounds that give that characteristic mild and sweet taste.

Fraxinus Manna is directly taken from cuts performed on the bark of Fraxinus Excelsior or Fraxinus Ornus Tree and by the further drying of particular resin that overflows during summer in Sicily.
